It is important you carefully review these Terms and Conditions.  By using this website, whether or not you complete a transaction with Garage Logos, you agree to follow the rules contained herein and to be bound by them.  Any sale or transaction resulting from the use of this website shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use this website.

The content of this website is intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of this website. Title and Risk of Loss

Title of purchased items passes to you upon the shipment form Garage Logos, Inc.’s facilities.  Loss or damage occurring during shipment by a carrier selected by Garage Logos, Inc. is the responsibility of Garage Logos, Inc.  Loss or damage occurring during shipment by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility.  If you choose to return an item in accordance with the Return Policy contained herein, you bear the risk of loss or damage occurring during the return shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Garage Logos, Inc. offers a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from Garage Logos, Inc.  Under this policy, you may return most items purchased from Garage Logos, Inc. for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling fees, provided the following terms and conditions are met.

a)      Return Period.  The return period is thirty (30) days.  The return period begins tolling on date of the packing slip.

b)      Specialized products.  Specialized products produced at the request of a customer are NOT available for return. 

c)      Return Authorization Number.  Prior to shipping the item, you must contact Garage Logos, Inc. within the Return Period and obtain a Return Authorization Number from Garage Logos, Inc.  You may contact Garage Logos Inc. by calling their customer service department at 763-241-8014, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST.  Garage Logos, Inc. may refuse to issue a credit or refund to you should you fail to obtain a Return Authorization Number from Garage Logos, Inc.

d)      Costs of Return Shipment and Risk of Loss.  If you choose to return an item in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the return shipment.  Any loss or damage occurring on the return shipment is your exclusive responsibility.  You are encouraged to insure the return shipment.

e)      Refund.  To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition.  If a refund is made to you, it will be for the amount of the purchase price less shipment expenses and damages.  The refund will be made in the same manner payment was originally made.

f)        Return Shipment.  Once a Return Authorization Number is obtained, the item to be returned must be shipped within 4 days of obtaining the Return Authorization Number.  The item must be shipped in the same package it arrived in and write the Return Authorization in a clear and obvious location on the outside of the package.  The Item to be returned must be shipped to the following address:

Garage Logos Accounts

By completing an account application, users of this website may elect to obtain a User ID and password in order to access other services and pages of this website that would otherwise be unavailable.  It is the user’s exclusive responsibility to protect the confidentiality of such User ID and password.  By requesting a User ID and password, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility and further acknowledge and accept the following duties and/or responsibilities:

• To notify Garage Logos, Inc. immediately upon learning that your User ID and password has been lost, stolen, or has otherwise been compromised. 
• You are solely responsible for any damages or claims that may arise as a result of the unauthorized or authorized use of your User ID and password.

Electronic Mail

 The transmission of any type of communication that is discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise offensive to or from any employee of Garage Logos, Inc. is strictly prohibited.  Please report any such behavior to our customer service department at 763-241-8014 or customerservice@garagelogos.com.  Any employee of Garage Logos, Inc. who sends or transmits this kind of material is solely responsible for his/her own actions and liable for any resulting damages or claims.  By using this website, you acknowledge and accept that Garage Logos, Inc., shall not be liable for any such conduct by an employee of Garage Logos, Inc.

Although Garage Logos, Inc. believes its website and emails contain no viruses, defects, or any other content that could damage your computer or your computer’s operation, Garage Logos, Inc. disclaims any warranty or representation of such.  Any attempt to transmit this any of this kind of content to Garage Logos, Inc. or its computer networks is prohibited and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 Garage Logos, Inc. or any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, or suppliers shall not be liable for any losses, whether direct or indirect, or damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use this website.  This limitation applies to all losses and damages (including but not limited to special, consequential, indirect, or punitive) whether in contract, negligence or other tortuous action, even if an authorized representative of Garage Logos, Inc. knew or should have known of the possibility of such losses or damages.

Your use of this website is at your own risk.  Through your use of this website, you acknowledge and agree that your exclusive remedy to any dissatisfaction with this website or any of these Terms and Conditions is to stop using this website. 

In the event applicable law does not allow the limitation of liability set forth herein, then the aggregate liability of Garage Logos, Inc. that would otherwise be limited shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). 

 

Choice of Law

 Through your use of this website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.  You further agree these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America, without regard to Conflicts of Laws Rules

To the extent permitted by applicable law, through your use of this website, you acknowledge and agree the proper jurisdiction and venue shall be the Courts of the State of Minnesota.

Severability

It is expressly understood and agreed that if any term, provision or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions, or any portion of any such term, provision or condition, is held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void, such invalidity or voidness shall in no way affect any other terms, provisions or conditions contained in this instrument.
