| Are there different sized signs? |
Garage Logos currently offers 2 distinct sizes for most signs depending on your space. Current sizes are 23.25” and 31” diameter signs.

| How much does each sign weigh? |
That depends on the sign you choose. The 23.25” sign weighs between 7-8 lbs. The 31” sign weighs between 10-12lbs.

| Are Garage Logos just for college teams? |
Garage Logos is currently looking to make signs for professional sports teams as well. We are currently planning to expand our product line.

No. Garage Logos Signs can be made for your organization or business. Just send our Customer Service Reps an email, and let us know what you are looking for.

| Where is it made? |
Garage Logos 3D signs are Handcrafted in the USA and made from high quality composite material.

| What are your signs made of? |
Garage Logos signs are made of composite material that will last. Each sign is sealed with a high gloss finish to ensure that it will last.

| How do I clean my sign? |
We recommend water and a soft cloth to dust your sign. The sign should be treated like any other picture in your home. It is tough enough to hold up to the garage however.

| Can the sign be hung outside? |
It can be hung outside, but we don’t recommend it. Our product was designed for indoor use only.
|
| How do I hang it? |
Hang the sign like you would any picture in you home, office, recreation room or garage.

| How long will it take to receive my sign? |
If your sign is in stock it should arrive in 5-7 days. If it is out of stock we will let you know when it ships. We ship Monday through Friday except on Holidays. Allow one business day to process your order. Weekends and Holidays are not business days

| Does Garage Logos ship to P.O boxes? |
We do not ship to P.O boxes at this time unfortunately. We recommend shipping your sign to a friend you trust to give it back, or to your work address.

| Do you have a Money Back Guarantee? |
1. If your sign is in its original condition you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund or exchange for another. (less shipping and handling)
2. If your sign is damaged or defective you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date and we will refund you for the damaged or defective item or replace it at our discretion.

| How do I return your sign? |
1. Call our Customer Service reps at 1-763-241-8014.
2. Have the item number and order number on hand.
3. Speak to customer Service rep to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
4. All returns must have an RMA or we will not process the return.
5. Place your sign back in the original packaging it came to you in. Clearly mark the RMA # on the outside of the box.
6. We recommend using traceable shipping services when returning your package to our warehouse.
